Screwed up in settings

Help me please!

I was in the settings tab of my wordpress blog changing a couple of things, and I accidentally changed the line where it says “location of wordpress blog” I dont know what I was thinking but I changed it to ?cat=3 and now i cant get back into the settings to change it because it keeps looking into ?cat=3 for the wordpress files……is there a way I can fix this??
