Do you have screenshots for a Level 2 User? I am the owner/admin for https://www.terralux.org. Two months ago we converted our website to a weblog (and I love it). We are now introducting many Writers at Level 2. I am creating a Writers User Manual and would like to insert screenshots for Level 2 ~ most of our Writers are very new to blogging and the better the Users Manual, the less work for me! ?? If there are no screenshots for Level 2, are there any suggestions for the visual component of the manual? Has anyone else created such a manual for their Writers?

Thank you for your very rapid response. After I clicked on the link you provided, I did not find a place to enter a login and password. I entered Level 2 into the Search and nothing came up. I am sooooooo new to blogging that I am probably missing something here. What am I not doing in response to your information?

Thank you ~ yes, that link gave me the login/pass screen. The information in that section is not what I was looking for. I am looking for a “picture” shot that can be placed into a Word doc that shows just the categories a Level 2 can use. I have the screenshots for Level 10. Although I can use those, it will mean I will need to tell them what not to look at rather than what to look at. Am I making any sense? ??

Couldn’t you create a level 2 user for yourself? then log out as admin and login as that user and make the screenshots…

Yes, actually, I have used the login for one of our Writers and have those screens I am looking for. My challenge is that I do not know how to make it Word doc compatible as a screenshot. Copy/paste does not seem to work.

So, do you have the screenshots as image – .gif or .jpg or whatever? And saved on your computer? Then in Word just click INsert > Picture > From file and find it. (But this is really not a WP question, it’s about knowing your Word ??

No, I do not have the screenshots as images ~ that is what I what to have ?? and what I have been searching for on the WordPress site. So, my question would be then, how do I get those screenshots as images? ??

If you are on a PC, press the Print Screen button on your keyboard. Then open microsoft word and ctrl-v or Click the edit menu and paste. You may want to resize the image a bit in word or edit it to make it more readable.

Thank you!!! Your solution worked perfectly!!! I never thought to use the Print Screen button ~ sometimes the simplest things work!!! Thank you, again ~ my Writer’s Manual is going to be much clearer now with the actual Level 2 screenshots! fluffies and light to you, Mushiba
