Screen reader read twice of the alt/title

Sorry for the belated response.

We can do customization and remove all data from attributes, but it is normal to add alt attribute to be crawled by search engines, so the issue is coming from screen reader.

How do you customize to remove all data from attributes? just for my website? and after remove, does the screen reader able to still read the image alt text? or just read the title? my objective is as long as the screen reader does not read it twice
