    Hello,

We have a healthcare demo site that needs to be accessible. We use an accessibility widget named accessiBe which allows users with screen readers to easy navigate the site with keyboard shortcuts.

We would like to use popups as this plugin says its fully accessible, however screen readers (NVDA for example) will not read the first part of content on the popup. Instead it skips straight to the first link on the popup and will not tab to the content above it or the header.

The issue in question is the “Cost of Living” button on the homepage of the link provided.

    Any help would be appreciated!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @ryanlavery,

We visited your site with NVDA active and the screen reader was able to read aloud the full content of the popup.

We have a recording to show but if you prefer to see it privately, kindly message us at Support Request – Popup Maker

    We’ll wait for your email!
