Screen options pull down tab not working

  • I have recently installed bento and the expansion pack.
    While trying to edit pages I noticed that the “screen options” and “help” tabs were not working, moreover I could not switch between visual and text editing, and the “prebuilt layout” tab was also not there (I installed the content builder and extra elements plugins). This problem was not present when other themes were activated (I checked a few different ones).
    I removed the theme and the plugins and reinstalled them a number of times and the problem still persists.
    I would really appreciate some input.

    thank you for choosing Bento! Please try deactivating any third-party plugins (except the Expansion Pack and the Content Builder) one by one to see if any of them influences how these items work. In case this does not help, please send an email to support[at]satoristudio.net, we will continue troubleshooting.
