Enhancement Request:

It would be great if the order of the snippets can be changed by a drag-and-drop feature or by placing an up-down arrow next to each snippet – similar to the way we can order Cloudflare’s Page Rules.

The autogenerated IDs are created by the MySQL database whenever a new row is inserted into the table, just like how each WordPress post has its own ID.

Pardon the ignorance … can you share the benefit of having the ID Nos. listed? How can we best utilize them?

There’s no immediate benefit, which is why it’s hidden by default.

The ID is used for things like the URL of the edit page, so it might be useful if you wanted to make a direct link for editing a certain snippet.

It also provides a loose indication of the order in which snippets were created, as the number increases as snippets are added to the database.

It can also be used as a way of telling two snippets with the same title and description apart, as the ID number will always be unique.
