Screen Options not retained between user sessions

    Hi,

    when I change some ‘Screen Options’ in stock central (like hiding the ‘Lost Sales’ column) these settings are not retained when I login as the same user on a different workstation.

    Thank you very much for your post.

    The setting is in deed saved per user per page so it should be the same for your username anywhere you go.

    Let me play around and try to replicate the issue.

    Thank you very much for your patience.

    Not sure what has happened by I have replied to this post early this morning. Now the reply is gone. So here we go again.

    Our team and I have tried several ways to reproduce this issue, but everything seems to be working perfectly. The only thing we can think of is that you have not pressed the Apply button that is placed at the bottom left in screen options. Is it possible that you have not saved the settings?

    Let me explain – whatever you chose to see or not see in the Stock Central will stay the way you want in that one session. However, when you log out and log in elsewhere, you get the default you saved last time around.

    Please, try to replicate the issue, but now hit the Apply button.
