Screen Options missing when using Google Chrome

I was editing a Page on a website and realized I wanted to revert back to an earlier revision, so I went to the top of the screen and selected Screen Options – but the entire Screen Options area was blank.

I tested this on multiple sites using both WordPress 4.7 and earlier versions, and it happens regardless of WordPress version. It’s not dependent on what version of WordPress you’re using.

However, it IS dependent on what browser you’re using: the Screen Options section is blank using Google Chrome, but NOT using Mozilla Firefox.
