screen options author posts missing

  • Hi,
    I managed some sites with same theme and almost same plugins. In one of these in the admin area, if I get ‘screen options’ hanging tab, the author box has disappeared. I get no idea why, so in other sites I got it.

    I belive it′s not a theme issue, so all the themes are the same, so I belive it′s a WP issue for this site.

  • I’ve encountered something similar. I’m using the Chamber Dashboard plugin and cannot turn on certain screen options when editing a business listing. I believe it is related to WP 4.9.4. Not sure how to correct this. (Yes, I’ve checked my plugins to see if they’re the cause.)
