• I use the Agency Theme with Genesis framework on my site: https://www.ginabinder.com

    I have the WordPress SEO Plugin Premium by Yoast on my website. The meta boxes appear on Edit-Post pages, but not on any Edit-Page pages. A few weeks ago the meta boxes appeared on both.

    Now Screen Options and Help Tabs do not work on my Edit-Page pages. I click on then and they disappear. o Does anyone know how to correct this?

    Yoast support advises that I deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like 2014 to see if the problem occurs. Should I do this? Afterward, can I switch back to my customized Agency theme and have everything as before?

  • Basic troubleshooting is to disable all custom themes (use a WordPress default theme) and all plugins.

    Then carefully re-enable your theme. Everything work good? Great. If not, note any issues and error messages and contact the theme developer.

    Then carefully re-enable plugins one by one. After enabling a plugin, test the site. Everything good? Great – move on to the next plugin. If a plugin causes an issue, note which plugin was last enabled and contact the plugin developer with information about your particular setup and the issue you experienced. Let them know what themes and plugins were enabled at the time.

    Also – if you’re worried about the existing site – consider duplicating the site to a local test installation of WordPress to do your troubleshooting.

    Also: we cannot support themes or plugins that are not available from the www.remarpro.com repositories. If you’ve paid for a theme or plugin, contact that theme/plugin developer for support.

    Installed the “Use Google Libraries” plugin, and then activated it (don’t forget to activate it, as it won’t activate automatically after installation) and check if your problem not solve then login in your cpanel and add the line to wp-config.php: define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false);

    Hope it will work for you.

    Was looking for a solution to this and had added the line define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false);

    But it still didn’t work until I installed Use Google Libraries.

    Thanks Shameem!
