screen option & help option not expanding

    What to do??
    Screen & Help option on the below the upper tool bar is not expanding for selections.

    kindly help!!

    It seems something is causing your js to fail. Please try disabling all plugins and see if that fixes the issue. Then turn on plugins one by one, to see where the issue lies.

    If that doesn’t help, try reverting to a default theme, and see if that helps.
