Screen Embed Issue

    I have recently installed WP Stream and when i tested it awhile ago everything was working fine but for some reason its showing a double embed on the page, the video is half the size of the video window and there are random buttons for play volume etc. when im live streaming it looks the same but there are buttons at the bottom where they are supposed to be and work fine, its almost as if another video player is overlaying part of my wpstream video/stream,

    Can someone help with this?

    I am so sorry to hear that you are having issues. As described in your text, my first thought is that you may have a conflict on your site, either with a theme or plugin. Have you installed a new plugin or made any changes to your site since the last time you used WpStream?

    Please carry out a conflict assessment by following the instructions in our documentation. If you have carried this out and you are still having issues, please open a support ticket on our site so that we can investigate ASAP.
