When I look at the pages of this website on MY mobile phone (Google pixel 3, android), things look fine. That is to say, the webpage uses the full width of the screen, but everything is sized to “fit”.

But I had some people send me screenshots of their phones last night – other android phones – where the displayed information is wider than their screen. This is causing the 3 bar menu to be pushed off to the right of the screen.

What can cause this and (more importantly), how do I fix it?
I’m not even sure where to begin looking…

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Upon checking your website on smaller screens, I would recommend decreasing the max-width of your logo image and the icon size of your trigger icon so they’ll all show on the screen.

    Here’s a screen recording for your reference – https://share.getcloudapp.com/KouJQE1W.

Hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.

    Best Regards,
    Karla

    Perfect!

I am still baffled by why some android phones are different from others, but that’s obviously a question for a different forum…
