Scorm reporting option

    Hi Masteriyo,

    can i check how is your reporting option for scorm courses to be checked? is there any standard for your side? then i can export my scorm setting same as your standard, cos i my published scorm courses can not be detected as completed when user pass the course, and can not trigger the gamification point event when complete a course, many thanks.

    Hi @jerry0204,

    The feature to mark SCORM courses as complete is on our roadmap and will be introduced after two updates of the plugin. Currently, it’s not possible to track progress from SCORM-imported courses, as this feature is only available for default courses in Masteriyo.

    We appreciate your suggestion and will consider adding it in a future release. We’ll inform you once the feature becomes available.

    I just saw the two updates for masteriyo on 22 Oct, fixed the scorm type course progress issue, then i test it , but seems still not showing any progress. did I check the correct place ? or the update is for other function? thanks.

    We have tested some files, and the completion feature of the SCORM course is working well. Please download the sample file from this link: https://filetransfer.io/data-package/Y80d5yct#link, import it into your site, and try to complete it.

    Additionally, please share your course file with us so we can test it on our end. If you cannot share it publicly, you can use the live chat on your website to send us the file.
