SCORM file limit

    Hi,

    Can I check if there any scorm file limit ? I’m doing a project that using masteriyo, all of my courses are using SCORM file, three of my courses uploaded failed, it just showed upload failed, is that cos the size of the SCORM file ? is there any limit for the SCORM file size ?

    Hi @jerry0204,

    Currently, only SCORM 1.2 and 2004 files are supported, and you can only import one SCORM course at a time. We do not support importing multiple SCORM courses simultaneously. Also, the plugin does not set a specific limit for file upload size. If your SCORM file is larger than the upload size limit set by your hosting server, you may face issues.

    Please check the size of your SCORM file and compare it with your server’s upload size limit. To find the maximum file upload size your hosting provider allows, go to your Dashboard, then navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info > Server. Compare this upload size limit with your SCORM file size. If the server’s upload size limit is lower than needed, please contact your hosting provider to increase the limit according to your requirements.
