Scorm file can not be detected after completed

    Hi Masteriyo,

    We got a big and important project to launch next month, now we got some issues for the scorm courses.

    1. if the scorm course and the inside quiz can be passed at the first time enrolled the course, then the masteriyo system can detect it as a completed course, it will update in the dashboard accordingly, but if during I take the quiz , I had one question incorrect, then even I pass the question again, after finish the course, the system will not detect it as a completed course. is there anything wrong with masteriyo or any settings in my scorm building tool ?
    2. the scorm course progress percentage will not update in dashboard under ‘my courses’. can help to take a look? the progress bar will only update for the native courses.

    Hi @jerry0204,

    1) Could you please explain your need in more detail? If you can provide a screen recording showing what you need, it will be easier for us to assist you.

    2) The feature to mark a course as complete is not available now, so tracking course progress isn’t possible right now. However, we have this feature planned on our roadmap, and it will be introduced after two more plugin updates.

    Hi @shresthauzwal ,

    I mean when I finish a scorm course in the system, the number(completed) in account dashboard is not updated correctly, so I want to check is there any standard scorm settings that masteriyo is using? so when user finished a scorm course, it will trigger the masteriyo backend function to update the number of completed courses, then my scorm couses settings can follow？ otherwises the number (completed, in-progress, available ) in account page is not correct.

    Btw, the gamification integration is also not working when a scorm course is finished by user, as I set event that evey time the user finish one course, the user points will add 30 points, but the masteriyo integration event is not working with gamification.

    I tried to upload images here, but can not , is there any other ways to show images here ?

    Currently, we do not have gamification integration; we only support GamiPress integration. You can find complete information about how it works with Masteriyo here: https://docs.masteriyo.com/free-addons/gamipress-integration.
