Scores don′t actualize

If you head over to the product list do you see the focus keyword for all the products below the place where the score should show and it’s now showing “N/A”?

If you do, please head over to the database and look for the entry for “rank_math_focus_keyword” and make sure that all of them are a string of keywords separated with a comma and not a serialized JSON entry with multiple keywords.

No, it does not show “N/A”, it shows a very low score (the one it had when the keyword was blank).

If you go to edit the product, a higher score is displayed, and if you click on UPDATE the product, it is changed and it is correct. But we can not enter one by one in so many products, it would be an unmanageable task, they should be updated all at once taking into account the new value of “rank_math_focus_keyword” that was loaded through a csv.

If you don’t see the “N/A” from the post list page in your dashboard, then it indicates that Rank Math has already calculated the scores.?

Please clear your website caches, head over to the Database Tools of our plugin, click on “Remove Transients” and click the “Recalculate Scores” again.

If the issue persists, can you please confirm if you are using any custom page builder to construct your content for your product pages?

Indeed, as I said, the scores are already established. But they are very low scores, from when the “rank_math_focus_keyword” was empty. After loading the “rank_math_focus_keyword” (filling it with the content of the “title”) by csv upload, the scores have not been recalculated.
I have cleared cache, deleted transient data, and recalculated scores. It still does not work.
The web layout is elementor.

Since you are using Elementor, the Update SEO Scores tool will not be able to generate the correct SEO score. You will have to edit the posts/pages using the Elementor and update them to save the correct SEO score in the database.
