Scoreboard Display Issue

I was wondering if you could help me with a display issue I am having with the score board. For some reason all the dates are in a list to the right of the scoreboards. You can view the page here: https://www.evangelfamily.org/athletic-scores/

I have entered all the teams and games to the schedule and the schedule displays just fine. You can view it here: https://www.evangelfamily.org/volleyball/

And here is the shortcode I am using:
[mstw_scoreboard sb=volleyball-varsity format=gallery]

The page is just a blank default template page. Any suggestions?
