score not displaying

  • The score does not display on the results page for non-logged in users. When I am logged in as an admin it works. It sends the score correctly in the email for all users (logged in or not).

    I’m wondering if it’s something to do with the cookie and wpss_submitter_id that’s being affected by logged in/out status?

    In case anyone else runs into this issue…

    The problem was with WP Engine caching. This is disabled when a user is logged in and on staging, so it was working in those environments. They went in and excluded the plugin from their caching and it works now.
