Scope of wp_tag_cloud function

  • Hi evereyone… I need to implement a newsletter (using meenews) including a tag cloud.

    So I try to put wp_tag_cloud function in a php file of the meenews plugin but it doesn’t work.

    Which is the scope of wp_tag_cloud function? where can I use it?
    Is there another way to implement a newsletter with wp_tag_cloud in it?
