School meeting reservation?

    We use WP for the school’s website and we are looking for a parents/guardians reservation system for meetings with teachers.

    Basically we look for a tool that allows:
    – selecting dates when meetings are open to parents (only possible to make a reservation on allowed days)
    – assign slots within a day (for example 1 reservation every hour, up to a given time)
    – allow only registered users to make reservations
    – allow users to modifiy/cancel reservation

    Hello,

    Only available hours can be booked in the calendar. Admin sets the allowed days.
    Availability can be set by hour.
    Pinpoint can’t manage users registration.
    Users can’t modify/cancel reservations.

    Thanks for your reply, so what could be the suggested flow for parents and teacher?
    For parents:
    – view available days for meettings
    – make a reservation
    – cancel reservation (or ask for cancellation, in this case who will cancel?)

    For teachers:
    – view reservations

    Your thoughts?

    Parents can view availability in the calendar, make a reservation and contact the teacher to cancel it.

    Teachers can set availability and manage bookings.
