Schermata HTTP ERROR 500

    Buonasera,
    oggi ho riscontrato un problema con l’editor di wp. Una volta effettuato l’accesso e visualizzato il pannello con tutte le voci e i vari menu, non riesco ad accedere agli editor dei singoli elementi. Per intenderci provando ad aprire un articolo per modificarlo esce una schermata con scritto HTTP ERROR 500. Ho provveduto immediatamente a contattare il servizio che si occupa della gestione del server ed hosting chiedendo quale fosse il problema e mi hanno risposto così:
    l’errore che visualizza è dato dal tema che sta utilizzando

    Qualcuno può indicarmi come risolvere il problema?

    Internal server errors (error 500) are often caused by plugin or theme function conflicts, so if you have access to your Dashboard, try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Nineteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue.

    Grazie per l’interesse, proverò a disattivare i plugin ma i gestori del server mi hanno già detto che si tratta di un problema del tema (avada). Come scritto sopra hanno individuato questo errore:

    Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
