Schema not showing

Paste this code in your theme’s functions.php file.

 * This code removes the "@id" association of the Product schema as it is conflicting with
 * the "@id" of another schema on the page which has the same "@id" value but a different schema type.

 */
add_filter( 'site-reviews/schema/Product', function( $schema ) {
	unset( $schema['@id'] );

If I choose a Custom Schema Type, is there any way to add fields ?

Let say, I use the Service Schema Type : https://schema.org/Service, how can I populate (and create) the field Provider : https://schema.org/provider ?
