    Hello,

    1. when I change the WP post Scheme to Product (Schema in Use) the Scheme changes for the post in the administration, but when I look at the code or FB debugger it is still Article and not Product.
    2. i wanted to create a ticket directly on your site but it doesn’t work.

    Thank you for contacting the support.

    1. The post you have shared doesn’t have any Schema applied to it. Please note that Schema types like Product needs some required info to be filled manually and saved for the post to apply them.

    You will have to edit each post then edit the Product Schema and add the required info and save it for the post then update the post to apply it.
