Schema Markup not showing

I’ve purchased and installed the premium plugin, added a recipe schema type, set it to this recipe post type, and then set up all the fields on that page.

When I go check the markup using Google’s schema tool, there is no schema markup at all.

I’ve been sending tickets throughout the week but I am not getting any confirmation to this. A bit frustrating actually.

Please advise.
