Schema Markup Issue With Custom Template(category Pages)

Hi,
We created category page with a custom template in WordPress.I installed Schema plugin to implement rich snippet throughout the blog pages of the website but automatically, Schema markup is also added in all the category and subcategory pages of the website and considered these pages as a blog page of the website due to which Google webmaster is showing error in “Structured Data” section under Search Appearance.
