    You only need one set of schema, but not all sets are created equal. Examine their source codes and decide which is most accurate a and complete. Disable the remainder. Obviously disable any unneeded plugin if that’s all it does.

    To disable markup in a multi-purpose tool like Yoast, I recommend asking in the plugin’s dedicated support forum. If there is not an outright setting to disable markup, there is likely a filter hook one could use to alter what happens.

    thank you. in your experience, is it better for me to use the Schema Markup helper and do my own or use yoast, or another plugin

    I don’t have adequate experience with schema markup to comment on the various options. Even if I did, the best solution can vary for your specific situation. This is why I suggested examining the markup source code and decide for yourself which is the most complete and accurate. Search a page’s HTML source for property="og: to find instances of the most common form of schema markup.
