schema issue

  • Hello,

    I love the plugin, it is great. I noticed an issue with schema, maybe it is not compatible with Yoast 14?

    If i leave JSON-LD Schema Markup Mode: as default and check Google Structured Data Testing Tool it adds CreativeWork and in it it has dateModified correct date.

    HOWEVER,

    If i select Compatibility mode, it changes publish date to be same as modified date even though “Change Original Time to Modified Time:” is OFF

    IDEAS?

    I am after hiding publish date on google search. Either replacing it with last update or simply removing it from search.

    Hello,

    This plugin automatically changes post published date to post modified date in Yoast schema if Compatibility mode is enabled.

    Do you want to remove dates completely (both published and modified dates) from Google Search?
