Schema Description box in post doesn’t override default description

  • Hi,

    I’m just wondering if there is a way to force Schema to take it’s description from the description box in the post editor?

    It seems to take the description from the excerpts box, but it doesn’t strip out the html tags. So the description I get in the testing tool is pretty ugly.

    I assumed if I wrote a custom description in the VideoObject editor box it would override the excerpt and make it look better, but this doesn’t seem to be the case.

    Is there any help I can get with this? Thank you very much!!
