Schema Blogposting has 2 errors

    I get 2 errors with schema Blogposting, when tested with structured data testing tool, I couldn’t rectify the errors and as I feel the entire Schema for Blogposting is wrong.

    these are the errors I get right now
    headline – A value for the headline field is required.

    publisher – A value for the publisher field is required.

    There is only so much Schema markup that can be expressed using meta tags. I would suggest you enable the Free version of the WPSSO JSON extension, which can express several more levels of Schema markup.
