Scheduling WordPress Posts From Old Evernote Notes

I have a notebook full of old Evernote notes. I’m interested using these old notes to create WordPress posts. I know that I can email them in but I’m interested in creating something as automated as possible. I need to schedule the posts, not just publish them all at once. Ideally, I’d like to do this with as little formatting within Evernote as possible but I’ll do whatever it takes.

I’m not sure what tools to use to accomplish the task. IFTTT, Buffer and/or Tumblr seem like they might be of service. Any plugins that can do the job for me? What process would you use? Thanks for the help.
