Scheduling of Posts Cause Server/DB Crash??

  • My server seems to crash quite often during the time when my posts are scheduled to be published. The CPU load shoots right up. Does anyone else encounter this problem?

    Are there any possible known issues with the cron script of WordPress?

    Pls help. tks.
