Scheduling Multiple Sliders

  • Need some help troubleshooting when scheduling multiple sliders. I would like to schedule multiple sliders at once. The problem is that white space appears where the scheduled/hidden slider is located. For example, when I build one slider with 4 images, then another underneath it, extra white space is inserted where the scheduled slider is hidden. How do I use this tool without it inserting the extra whitespace? I have tried scheduling using the edit section, the column and the blue pencil edit slides, to no avail. The scheduler works great in terms of turning one section on and the other off, however I can’t get rid of the white space.

    Can you send mea URL so I can see this white space? Which slider are you using?

    I think it was a preset template issue. I’ll let you know if that’s not the case.
