scheduling individual categories

Is there any likelihood of this plugin getting the ability to use different scheduling options for different categories? (x category is published every wednesday, y every tuesday and friday)

This is the plugin that seems to get closest to that functionality, but doesn’t quite reach that level – although if there is another one that does the above I’d love to be directed towards it.

If it’s not planned, could we possibly pay for it to be implemented?
