Scheduling does not respect website timezone

    When I try to schedule a republish, everything saves properly, however the schedule does not respect the timezone (Prague) set in WP Settings. It republishes the content on GMT time.

    Happens only on local WAMP.

    Would it be possible for you to provide some screenshots (uploaded on a site such as snipboard.io or prnt.sc and share a link here) and more details and steps on how to reproduce this issue?

    When you say it only happens on local WAMP, do you mean it occurs only on a local test site? And it works as expected on live production sites?
