    Hi,

This may sound silly, but how do I schedule a revision? I only see the standard capability of forward-dating a draft, which gives me the WordPress schedule button instead of Publish. I want to keep this revision/draft, and schedule it to publish at midnight. Am I missing something somewhere?

    Thanks,
    Dale

    Hey Dale,

    Yep that’s it.

    Click Revisionize
    Make your changes
Set the date to the future.
    Click “Schedule”

When the revisionized post publishes, it will know to update your original post.

    Hi Jamie.

I found your plugin and see it should do exactly what I want it to do!
But I have not been able to schedule a post. I get a nondescript error when I hit the schedule button.

Perhaps this is a WP5 thing? I really dislike WP5 a lot honestly, but needed to update for a client who wants the latest security.

We use Divi and have 5.03. Is there an incompatibility with this setup?

@j4studios I just did a quick test with WP5 and was able to successfully schedule a revision.

Are you using the Classic Editor plugin with WP5? Revisionize doesn’t currently work with the Gutenberg editor.

Can you describe the “nondescript error” better?
