Scheduler Off By One Day

    Scheduler works but is off by one day.
    My location is 167 E lon, Marshall Islands. Timezone is UTC+12hr.
    Both server and WordPress (General Settings) show correct date and time, but in the Event Scheduler the “Today” button is one day behind. Oddly, the first event, “The Scheduler Calendar was installed!” HAS THE CORRECT date and time!
