Scheduler not working

Did not know about some rule and my topic was closed in a very rude manner without forewarning. Since this is one of the first times, I have posted here I should think I would be contacted about an innocent mistake.
My scheduler has not worked since switching to a new host. Contacted the host about time zone conflict. Host has attempted to sync time zones but to no avail.
Was getting help to resolve. Assume I still can ask the forum for suggestions.
Not a techie person; can someone suggest a solution in everyday English. Thank you
