Scheduler and Dynamic Caching

    In the Advanced section, what is the best settings and what they mean?

    Scheduler
    Timer: seconds
    Check for stale cached files every interval seconds.
    Clock: HH:MM
    Check for stale cached files at this time (UTC) or starting at this time every interval below.

    Interval:

    Also, enabling Dynamic Caching (will that help speed and when to use it etc etc etc). Is there a downside?

    For example, I use WP Auctions and notice it takes forever to load when it is activated. When I deactivate the page loads very quick (we are talking like 20 full seconds vs. .5 seconds by the way). So, will Dynamic resolve the problem. Please give more examples of when to use Dynamic as well…seems like more and more sites are anyway…so, should it just be turned on to be safe?
