• The scheduled trigger Plugin is not working. I created 5 similar notifications and doubled the object lock but it’s still not working. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I don’t know if you can help me with a refund or check it as it will be easy and quick for you to troubleshoot

To explain better, basically I set up a scheduled notification with a trigger for after the user’s registration date, and after a post has been published, I set up about 5 similar scheduled trigger notifications and their carriers are all emails. the email is to be sent to the related users (I used the merge tags). For all notifications, I made the?scheduled trigger window setting?not too short?as advised in the documentation, Still, they are?not working properly. I don’t get the notifications?as I set them up.?

above is just an example of 1 of the scheduled notifications I set up.

I can give you temporary access to check things out when you’re free. please help

Hi Marvin, it doesn’t look like the time window on the screenshot is good. It’s way too short. Please set it to at least 2 hours.

Also, make sure that the cron is working fine on your site. You can run the diagnostics on the Tools -> Site Health page.
