I have customers saying they can see products on my website that are showing in the back end with future date e.g. 27/02/2026

I’ve tried clearing all caches in case it was a display issue but when customers and guests can add it to cart I’m not sure how to stop this from happening.

This has only happened after the latest update this morning. Is there a quick fix for this?

    WordPress version: 6.7.2

    Woocommerce version: 9.7.0

Here is an image of what I can see on the backend along with a current date/timestamp.

    Hi there!

I understand your concern. I have updated WooCommerce to the latest version on my site, but I’m not able to replicate the issue.

However, I checked your site and noticed that scheduled products are appearing on the shop page, but when clicked, they redirect to a 403 page not found error. Additionally, I see some JavaScript errors on your site, which may be causing this issue.

It seems like a plugin conflict or custom coding issue. For testing purposes, could you please deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and check if the issue persists? You can follow this guide for detailed steps on running a conflict test:
    How to Test for Conflicts

If you still experience the same issue after running a conflict test, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share a link to that paste in reply here. Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

I discovered the plugin conflict was with SchedulePress Pro, but only since I updated WooCommerce to 9.7.0. If I undo the update to WooCommerce it words perfectly, so unsure what has changed with the latest update.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the update!

It looks like SchedulePress Pro may need to be updated to work with the latest version of WooCommerce. Could you please check if you’re using the latest version of SchedulePress Pro?

I’d also recommend reaching out to the SchedulePress Pro support team, as they will have more insight and a solution to fix this issue.

To see what changes were introduced in WooCommerce 9.7.0, you can check the release notes here:
