Scheduled Posts NOT POSTING and Feature Image Issues

  • Hello,

    It has now been around 2 weeks since experiencing some issues with some images and featured images that are not showing up on our home page. We tried deleting and re-uploading these pictures and from time to time they will show and then later on, it will be a blank spot. Also, posts that are regularly scheduled at certain times are not posting at those times instead, our subscribers have received an email to let them know about the new posts, however, the posts are not there.
    Another problem that we just became aware of, is that we’ve been contacted by Jetpack who let us know via email that our site has been down then brought back up. This has been happening over and over. Unfortunately, we haven’t gotten any answers regarding this from them and they told us to contact WordPress. Any help will be appreciated because we pretty much post quite a bit of content per day.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
