    When I schedule a post for the next day or later (not on same day), when the post goes live part of the post shows up as a comment. The comment shows up as being created by the account that made the post and the section of the post that ends up as a comment looks like it’s from where I’ve created a hyperlink.

    At the moment, I have it set up to require approval for comments so I’ve just been deleting them and using a separate account to respond to comments.

    Any ideas of the cause? I don’t necessarily want to disable all of my plugins (specifically security plugins) overnight.

    Wanted to give an update:

    I tried creating a post then right before it went live disabling all of my plugins. In this case I didn’t end up with the comment, but it also didn’t occur when I switched it to draft and rescheduled it after re-enabling all of my plugins.

    The issue happened again today on this post:

    Update: Never mind, found out that it’s a self-pingback since I was linking in my other posts.
