Scheduled Post publishing accordingly Universal Time , not as Time Zone

    I’m seeing a strange thing in my wordpress website,
    When I schedule a post keeping Universal time as current time then that scheduled Post publish after 1 hour of the schedule time.
    I want to know how I make my timezone as current time and schedule post in future from my timezone?
