    Error: Scheduled Optimization will not work without background/async ability. See the EWWW Image Optimizer Settings for further instructions.

    Noticed i’m getting this and looked around the forum for solutions. Strangely this server has other wordpress instllations of the plugin that work perfectly. I’m not sure what i’m doing wrong here. I’ve retested a few times but couldn’t get it to work. I’m unsure of why because I don’t know which features are missing.

    There’s used to be a really useful compatibility test that helped me troubleshoot and fixed weird acting stuff. Anyways, I will submit this information to support. But hopefully someone here might be able to help as well.

    Also I would like to add I haven’t been able to add the url rewrite rules via the button on the settings page.

    Wondering if the two are related. Thoughts?
