Scheduled Export not sending

    Versions: WP 5.5.1 – PHP 7.4.4

    Hello,
    You have the best contact form plugin in circulation – fell in love with it from the first use! However, I’m trying to get the Scheduled export to work, but it just isn’t sending it.
    Notes:
    – I set up the WP Mail SMTP plugin (the message arrives, so the form itself is sending);
    – There are no errors anywhere;
    – I tried to change the scheduled export email to Gmail (maybe it didn’t like the admin email);
    – I tried to select “send only new” and add 2 new submissions – still not sending.
    – I added the define (‘ALTERNATE_WP_CRON’, true); to the wp-config to avoid cron problems (in the Scheduled Actions there is no mention to Forminator)

    I have no idea on why it’s not sending, and unfortunately, I need to be 100% sure that the automatic CSV sending will work because It’ll have the responsibility to send customer’s shipping address to the sender’s database.
    What else could I try?

    I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.

    I made a review in our system and I can see we have a bug in the scheduled export feature, which is related to timezones and WP Local Time. However, your case does not fit there at all.

    I spoke with our SLS Team and the main problem is Forminator only triggers the schedule when the user visits the front-end (action wp_footer).

    Your site is still in development mode, your home page is empty and doesn’t have the traffic yet. On the lab site, our SLS developer added a new schedule, and then loaded the front-page and triggered an action to send the export file, and it worked fine.

    Please make sure this action forminator_send_export exists in the list Cron events.

    as we saved the cache in a day/week/month, so the next time to send the report is tomorrow. But note, the report only send if the site has the traffic.
