scheduled export error.

the manual export functions work great but when i create a new scheduled export the Next Event defaults to one hour BEFORE i created the new scheduled export and thus never actually runs. Im trying to do a daily export and it isn’t working. also it says that once it is created it supposedly sends out a scheduled export which it also is not doing.
