Scheduled Export Emails Not Sending

I hope you are doing well.

I configured the plugin to export the submissions on 4:00 PM ( based on my WordPress settings ) and received the file right on time:

Could you please check if the option “Send email only if there are new submissions” isn’t enabled?

It will prevent sending in case you didn’t receive a new form entry.

Another possible issue is related to the cronjobs not running on correct time, you can configure a realcronjob and check if the issue is gone: https://wpmudev.com/blog/set-up-cron-job-cpanel-wp-cron/
