Scheduled delivery for multiple posts

Hi, using this I managed to delay the send of notifications according to user’s timezone. But the user receives notification only with the last post regardless of the number of scheduled posts that I marked as “to be sent”.

What I’m trying to achieve is to delay the sending of push notifications for all posts by 3 hours. (i.e. that post is published at 8am, the notification is sent at 11am, next post is published at 4pm – the notification is sent at 7pm)
