Scheduled backups not working

    Hi,

    I am on the free product. I have it set to back up weekly. However, when I check the dashboard the backups are all from months ago. What would be preventing it from running automatically? I am manually backup okay by clicking the Backup Now button.

    Hi,

    Could you try re-saving your settings? This should regenerate the scheduled tasks for the weekly backups if they were somehow lost.

    If the scheduled backups still don’t run, it is possible that your WordPress scheduler is broken.
    Could you install the free WP Crontrol plugin? Then, go to Tools->Cron Events.

    Do you see any error messages on that page?

    Many thanks. I have changed some settings around and saved. Will let you know if this works. If not, will check the WP Scheduler.

    Looks like making a change, then saving, then switching back to the original settings and saving again did the trick. Many thanks. This is resolved.
